Este documento explica qué puedes esperar de ParanormalFinder, qué se espera de ti al usarla, y qué datos toca la app en tu dispositivo. Al descargar, instalar o usar ParanormalFinder, aceptas lo descrito aquí.
Las reglas de uso de la app — qué es, para qué sirve, y qué es responsabilidad tuya cuando la usas fuera de tu casa.
Al descargar, instalar, abrir o usar ParanormalFinder ("la app"), confirmas que leíste, entendiste y aceptas estos Términos y Condiciones y la Política de Privacidad descrita más abajo. Si no estás de acuerdo con algún punto, no debes usar la app.
ParanormalFinder es una app de exploración y entretenimiento. Genera un punto ("anomalía") cerca de tu ubicación usando un algoritmo propio de generación aleatoria, y te guía hasta ahí en tiempo real usando tu cámara, brújula y GPS.
La app no detecta fenómenos paranormales reales. El concepto de "anomalía" es una mecánica de exploración y juego, no una medición científica validada de ningún tipo. Cualquier coincidencia que encuentres en el camino es justamente eso — una coincidencia, no una prueba de nada.
ParanormalFinder te sugiere una dirección y una distancia — nunca un lugar específico verificado, y nunca garantiza que ese punto sea seguro, público o accesible. Tú decides si caminas hacia ahí, y tú eres responsable de esa decisión.
Está prohibido usar la app para entrar a propiedad privada sin permiso, invadir espacios restringidos, ignorar señalamientos de "no pasar", acosar a otras personas, o cometer cualquier acto que viole la ley local de donde te encuentres.
La app no te autoriza ni te da derecho a entrar a ningún lugar. Si el punto generado cae dentro de propiedad privada, terreno cerrado, o cualquier zona restringida, la decisión correcta es no entrar — busca otra vez o regresa.
No usamos la app para promover, facilitar ni justificar ningún acto ilegal. El uso indebido de la app es responsabilidad exclusiva de quien la usa, no de ParanormalFinder ni de sus desarrolladores.
La vista inmersiva usa tu cámara de fondo mientras caminas — presta atención a tu entorno real, no solo a la pantalla. No la uses cerca de tráfico, escaleras, cuerpos de agua, orillas, obras en construcción o cualquier zona con riesgo físico. Evita explorar de noche en zonas que no conoces, y evita hacerlo solo si el lugar te genera duda.
ParanormalFinder está pensada para mayores de 13 años. Si eres menor de edad, úsala acompañado de un adulto responsable, especialmente en zonas que no conozcas.
ParanormalFinder se distribuye como una app de pago: pagas una sola vez a través de Google Play (o App Store, si la app está disponible ahí) para descargarla e instalarla, sin cobros recurrentes por esta versión.
Es posible que en el futuro se ofrezca una versión "Pro" como una compra única adicional dentro de la app, que desbloquee funciones extra. No es una suscripción — se paga una vez y el acceso no vence. Cualquier compra dentro de la app se procesa y factura directamente por Google Play / App Store, y su política de reembolsos es la de esa tienda, no la nuestra.
El diseño, código, nombre, logotipo y contenido de ParanormalFinder son propiedad de su desarrollador. No está permitido copiar, redistribuir o crear trabajos derivados de la app sin autorización previa por escrito.
La app se ofrece "tal cual", sin garantía de ningún tipo. La precisión del GPS y la brújula depende de tu dispositivo y del entorno (interiores, zonas urbanas densas) y puede variar. En la medida permitida por la ley aplicable, ParanormalFinder y su desarrollador no son responsables por daños, lesiones, pérdidas o consecuencias legales derivadas del uso de la app, incluyendo — pero no limitado a — decisiones que tomes sobre a dónde ir o qué hacer siguiendo la señal de la app.
Podemos actualizar estos términos cuando la app cambie de forma relevante. La fecha de "vigente desde" en la parte superior siempre refleja la versión más reciente. Cambios importantes se anunciarán dentro de la app.

ParanormalFinder no tiene servidor propio — no existe una base de datos en la nube donde tu información se guarde. Todo lo que la app usa se queda en tu propio teléfono.

Ningún dato de la tabla anterior sale de tu teléfono hacia un servidor nuestro — porque ese servidor no existe. La app calcula todo localmente.
iOS y Android te preguntan directamente antes de darle cualquiera de estos permisos a la app — puedes revocarlos en cualquier momento desde los ajustes de tu sistema, aunque algunas funciones dejarán de estar disponibles sin ellos:
ParanormalFinder no está dirigida a niños menores de 13 años y no recopila intencionalmente información de menores — de hecho, no recopila información personal de nadie, sin importar la edad, más allá de lo descrito arriba.
Si una futura versión de la app agrega un servicio externo (por ejemplo, un generador de números aleatorios de terceros) o cambia cómo maneja tus datos, esta política se actualizará y la fecha de "vigente desde" arriba lo reflejará.

By downloading, installing, opening, or using ParanormalFinder ("the app"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy described below. If you do not agree with any point, you should not use the app.
ParanormalFinder is an exploration and entertainment app. It generates a point ("anomaly") near your location using its own random-generation algorithm, and guides you there in real time using your camera, compass, and GPS.
The app does not detect real paranormal phenomena. The "anomaly" concept is an exploration and gameplay mechanic, not any kind of validated scientific measurement. Any coincidence you find along the way is exactly that — a coincidence, not proof of anything.
ParanormalFinder suggests a direction and a distance — never a specific verified location, and it never guarantees that point is safe, public, or accessible. You decide whether to walk there, and you are responsible for that decision.
It is prohibited to use the app to enter private property without permission, invade restricted areas, ignore "no trespassing" signage, harass other people, or commit any act that violates the local law where you are.
The app does not authorize or entitle you to enter anywhere. If the generated point falls inside private property, closed land, or any restricted zone, the right call is not to enter — search again or turn back.
We do not use the app to promote, facilitate, or justify any illegal act. Misuse of the app is the sole responsibility of whoever uses it, not of ParanormalFinder or its developers.
The immersive view uses your camera as a background while you walk — pay attention to your actual surroundings, not just the screen. Don't use it near traffic, stairs, bodies of water, ledges, construction sites, or any area with physical risk. Avoid exploring at night in unfamiliar areas, and avoid exploring alone if a place makes you uneasy.
ParanormalFinder is intended for users 13 and older. If you are a minor, use it accompanied by a responsible adult, especially in unfamiliar areas.
ParanormalFinder is distributed as a paid app: you pay once through Google Play (or the App Store, if the app becomes available there) to download and install it, with no recurring charges for this version.
A "Pro" version may be offered in the future as an additional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks extra features. It is not a subscription — you pay once and access never expires. Any in-app purchase is processed and billed directly by Google Play / the App Store, and its refund policy is that store's, not ours.
The design, code, name, logo, and content of ParanormalFinder are the property of its developer. Copying, redistributing, or creating derivative works from the app without prior written authorization is not permitted.
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. GPS and compass accuracy depend on your device and your surroundings (indoors, dense urban areas) and may vary. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ParanormalFinder and its developer are not liable for damages, injuries, losses, or legal consequences arising from use of the app, including — but not limited to — decisions you make about where to go or what to do based on the app's guidance.
We may update these terms when the app changes in a meaningful way. The "effective since" date at the top always reflects the most recent version. Significant changes will be announced within the app.

ParanormalFinder doesn't have its own server — there is no cloud database where your information is stored. Everything the app uses stays on your own phone.

None of the data in the table above leaves your phone toward a server of ours — because that server doesn't exist. The app calculates everything locally.
iOS and Android ask you directly before granting the app any of these permissions — you can revoke them at any time from your system settings, though some features will stop working without them:
ParanormalFinder is not directed at children under 13 and does not intentionally collect information from minors — in fact, it doesn't collect personal information from anyone, regardless of age, beyond what's described above.
If a future version of the app adds an external service (for example, a third-party random number generator) or changes how it handles your data, this policy will be updated and the "effective since" date above will reflect it.
